If you buy Yes, there's no point in finding more confirmation bias for your thesis, you'll only gain value by steel-manning the opposition (excluding the lazy "insider" take)
My estimated count: Republicans: 51-52 yes (Hawley no; Moran a coin flip leaning no-then-yes based on precedent) Democrats: 11 Democrats, including Ossoff is close to a lock if the GENIUS pattern holds; 7 Democrats is the genuine swing bloc β getting just 2-3 of these seven on the cloture vote specifically would be enough to clear 60 even without full Tier 1 turnout. There's is a media narrative that is trying to portray all democrats being against crypto while that is definitely not the case based on precedent (specifically passing of the GENIUS Act. Not to mention how many of the Democrats that are lobbied by Crypto companies and funded now ahead of their reelection. 15% is just good value.
Claudes due diligence report: Republicans: 51-52 yes (Hawley no; Moran a coin flip leaning no-then-yes based on precedent) Democrats: Tier 1 (11, including Ossoff) is close to a lock if the GENIUS pattern holds; Tier 2 (7) is the genuine swing bloc β getting just 2-3 of these seven on the cloture vote specifically would be enough to clear 60 even without full Tier 1 turnout.
What do the up and down arrows next to the price mean? Bitcoin reached 80,000 this month, so why wasn't that counted as a win? Could someone explain this to a newbie, please?
Strongly believe the odds of cloture passing on Sept 15th is 50/50 even though JD Vance, Brian Armstrong, CFTC chairman and many more think it will pass. Not saying one is not to believe in them, more that the odds here are drastically misleading.
it was up, even the chart was up by 2 dollar. But the results then showing down. I hate poly market. No place for manual traders.
